So, not a whole lot has happened. Still trying to do the eating healthy thing ha ha. This month though I am going to go to DISNEYLAND!!! I'm taking Shyeane and Iris. It's their first time and I know we'll have a blast!
So we went to Disneyland and my mom ended up coming with us. It's a good thing too because the day before we left, I was so sick! Even that morning where we were leaving my body was just shot to pieces by a nasty cold virus of some sort! We left at 6 in the morning and got to California at 7 pm that night. We just kind of hung out and got some food and relaxed since we were in the car so long! But the girls were troopers the whole way! We pretty much only stopped to eat food and they were okay with that. They were so excited when we got to our "Castle" hotel and wore their crowns. The next two days we went to Disneyland and saw everything we possibly could see, but as many of you know two days in Disneyland just isn't enough!! We'll have to come back again for sure! They loved all the rides we went on and wanted to do as many things as possible. We did however, miss out on meeting Mickey Mouse, which was a bummer of course! But the girls got to meet, Jesse and Buzz and get their picture taken with quite a number of other characters.
As fart as my goals go this year, I had my interview for the education program on March 8th. I'll find out within the next week or two whether I got in. Here's to hoping :) I took the Praxis test for elementary teachers and I have to retake the social studies and math parts. I passed reading and science though!! If you know anything about me, passing the science section is a miracle ha ha because I'm not so great at that part.
